摘要
Cr-O-N films as diffusion barriers were deposited between NiCrAlY coating and DSM11 substrate by arc ion plating (AIP). The effects of flow rates of oxygen and nitrogen on phase content in diffusion barriers and on the adhesion between coatings and substrates were investigated. The results indicate that the Cr-O-N film is polycrystalline film and consistes of Cr2O3 and CrN, and their relative contents change with flow rates of oxygen and nitrogen. The adhesion of Cr-O-N films decreased with increasing oxygen content, but proper oxygen content can keep good adhesion and also restrain the interdiffusion of elements.
