摘要
A multi-axial fatigue life prediction method for the welding position of tower's door based on an critical plane method was proposed in this paper. Under the precondition of satisfying the limit strength, fatigue life prediction of tower door's welding position using multi- axial fatigue algorithm in FESAFE software, based on the multi- axial counting method and Miner damage theory, is analyzed with the consideration of the maximum principal stress on the critical plane. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method is proved in this paper, and it also shows that the most dangerous position of tower's door is located in the weld toe of door's inner wall, which conforms to the fact of industrial field. © 2017, Editorial Board of Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica.
