The anti-friction polymeric materials are developed at the present time for the modern mechanical engineering. There are described properties of anti-friction polymeric reinforced materials (carbonstrata), a new self-lubricating anti-friction carbonstratum on the basis of polyamide-6, anti-friction modified self-lubricating materials on the basis of industrial thermostrata, fluorostratum material KF-7 with raised stiffness. The anti-friction self-lubricating coatings of width 15F5 μm, obtained by pneumatic suspension sputtering on the friction unit parts with following heat treatment at the temperature 150-180°C, have high adhesion to metals (nickel, iron, alloys).
