摘要
This paper presents an optimization method in which Design of Experiment (DOE), Response Surface Methodology (RSM) and Optimization Toolbox are integrated with the parameterization code and CFD solver. The method is capable of aerodynamic optimal design and performance analysis, and has been applied to the exhaust system of 300/600 MW steam turbine with two different inflow conditions. The effectiveness of the method is verified by that the pressure recovery coefficients of the optimized exhaust system under two different inflow conditions are higher than that of the original exhaust system. It is found that both the inflow condition and the geometry parameters influence the results of the optimization.
