Self-healing is the key technology of self-managed network, which aims to automatically detect and mitigate outages that occurs in radio networks due to unexpected failures. However, there are few literatures concerning about automatically compensating the outage cell. In this paper, an algorithm of automatically cell outage compensation in wireless access network is presented. It compensates the outage cell by automatic joint adjustment of pilot power, antenna tilt and antenna azimuth in surrounding cells in order to meet the operator's performance requirements. The experiment results show that the algorithm is feasible and efficient. It could effectively and automatically compensate the full outage area, and deliver the QoS requirements as much as possible.
