To meet the accuracy and real-time on precise servo system position and velocity calculation, with the analysis of that the photoelectric encoder signals through high precision will bring the speed detection system computation and real-time issues deterioration, applying the idea of hardware, it builds a simple and reliable coding orthogonal frequency circuit, processes high-resolution position sensors on the orthogonal coding signal, thus meets the accurate positioning servo system at the same time, and ensures the real-time system. Through the divide-frequency circuits used in the precise position servo turntable brushless servo actuator, verify the design of the efficiency and rationality. Theoretical and experimental results show that the circuit structure is simple and reliable. When applied to the precision servo system, it has the positioning accuracy and reduces the amount of computation.
