摘要：
The issue of climate change research focused on predicting the long term change is discussed. The research areas which asks for further development are- understanding of climate system forcing, interactions and feedbacks and projections of global and regional climate change and their environmental and social impacts. A focused and well-coordinated multiagency and international research and applications structure is required to address the issue of research.
