摘要
By using hydroxylated polybutadiene as macromolecular initiator, graft polycaprolactone was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization. The graft structure was determined by 1H-NMR and GPC. A series of crosslinked polymers were synthesized by crosslinking gPCL with hexamethyldiisocyanate (HDI). FT-IR, DSC, WAXD, dynamic thermo-mechanical analysis (DMA), universal stretching machine and other test methods were used to characterize and analyze the microstructure of the crosslinked polymer. The crosslinked polymer has a thermogenic shape memory effect. When the initial shape variable is 50%, the shape fixation rate can reach 99.6%. The shape can be recovered after 12 s with a recovery rate of 98.8%. The introduction of high graft structure makes the shape memory effect of materials more stable. After 5 cycles of shape memory (50% for single shape), the shape fixation rate is still 92.2% and the shape recovery rate is 93.6%. ©2021, Editorial Board of Polymer Materials Science & Engineering.
