Based on the results of neutron diffraction, as well as previous magnetic, Mossbauer, and X-ray diffraction investigations, it is shown that phase separation into a ferromagnetic F1 phase of the PdFe type and an antiferromagnetic A phase of the PdMn type occurs in the ternary PdMnxFe1-x alloys. These ordered phases have the same superlattice of the L10 type, but their lattice parameters and the degree of tetragonality vary slightly with manganese concentration. Regions with a noncollinear ordering of magnetic moments (F2 phase) appear along the interfaces between the collinearly ordered domains differing in sign of the exchange coupling.
