The market scenario of carbonless paper was investigated. Manufacturers were divided on the issue of the survival and growth of the industry. Improved customer relations, better outputs and enhanced profit margins were the key areas of interest of the manufacturers. The use of modern equipment influenced the market conditions, as both the productivity and business margins soared. The market for the carbonless papers was predicted to be full of opportunities.
