Sihl wrapped up the sale of its core business to Italy's Diatec Group, marking its exit from the paper industry. The Swiss firm sold its two coating facilities in Duren, Germany, and Bern, Switzerland, as well as its plant in Zurich, Switzerland, to the Italian group on November 27.
