Impact of the Federal market of electric energy and power (FMEEP) on the NPP installed power factor

摘要：
Results of the complex analysis of variations during the last 10 years of the demands for electric power and its generation by different producers are considered. It is shown that low requirements to the NPP installed power are conditioned by the following two factors: 1) imperfection of interrelations between regional power systems and FMEEP; 2) violation by the technological operator of the Russia single power system of the principle of expenditure minimization for electric power generation at FMEEP.
