摘要
In this paper, we present an efficient steering wheel sensor interactive method based on steering resistance moment to improve the flexibility and stability of interactive virtual driving simulator. After turning the steering wheel, the hardware driver on the steering wheel acquires the angle signal real-time and transmits the angle signal to driving simulator. According to the actual steering wheel, we calculate the corresponding virtual steering resistance moment. Then, according to the virtual steering sensor resistance moment, we can calculate the turning rate. In this way, we get the vehicle location and orientation real-time. Finally, we implement our system and provide the results. Our experiments results show that our method is feasible and valid. Our system has been used in practical projects, and our system is running smoothly and stably.
