摘要
The use of a peer-to-peer service interface for manageability in e-services software research department was discussed. It was found that manageability is measured in terms of two factors mainly visibility and controllability. Another dimension of classification was service-level versus interaction level mainly to obtain information from different techniques. To realize service manageability, it was essential to have a set of standard terms, conversation definitions, communication messages as well as to standardize extensions to current communication protocols to include manageability information.
