How good instructors can become better

Different elements needed to improve the quality and efficiency of instructors who provide training to the firefighters are discussed. The site or geographic location of the training allows classroom teachers to perform better. A good classroom instructor can become better by understanding the experience level of their students and using that information to their advantage. The instructors must know the subject beyond the minimum level and should have maximum level of experience. Better classroom instructors will always craft blocks of instruction that neither be loaded with too much information nor be too void of information. They must try not to use jargons and to make the classroom more technical to the audience.
