摘要：
The construction period of the Khoabin HPS with complex solutions at the full-flowing river is analyzed. It is shown that construction organization and periods corresponded to the world level. The safe operation of HPP during 15 years confirms the correctness of constructive solution and good quality of erection engineering works.
