摘要
Non-isothermal crystallization of carbon black (CB)/poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)/polyethylene(PE) conductive microfibrillar composites with electrical conductivity with different CB contents at different cooling rates were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The morphology of microfibrils was examined by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The results show that with the increase of CB content, onset crystallization temperatures of the composite decline, and relative crystallization rate decreases. SEM observation shows that the morphology of microfibrils is changed owing to the addition of CB, the morphology of microfibrils is deteriorated with the increase of CB concentration, moreover, CB particle takes up the surface of microfibrils, which retards crystallization of the composites.
