摘要
The indices, applied till now in the analysis and estimation of the accident situation, do not take into account all the aspects of this unwelcome phenomenon. First of all, in the estimation of the accident situation, it should be taken into account the seriousness degree of injuries (suffered by the injured persons) as well as the fact that the structure of particular accidents changes in the succeeding years. Secondly, the building production value and the dynamic of changes, which take place in the phenomena describing the accident situation, are the very important factors. The paper presents the methodology of analysis and estimation of the accident situation in the building industry. The accident situation was treated as a multilevel phenomenon, i.e. as a static, homogeneous phenomenon, as a static non-homogeneous phenomenon and as a dynamic phenomenon.
