Information processing (IP) and the organization of this constitute areas of functioning in a company that are just as crucial as they are apparently difficult to master as processes critical in terms of time for managing and completing customer orders. Controlling the effectiveness and the efficiency of the resources deployed in this area can have a decisive influence on the ability of the company to survive and develop further.
