摘要
In this study, the relationship between human injury and floor response of building during earthquake is quantitatively evaluated by using seismic response analysis model of human body. Then, the evaluation methodology of human injury during strong shaking is proposed dependent on the floor response. The result of the evaluation using the strong motion records observed at the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power plant during the 2007 Niigataken Chuetsu-oki Earthquake are shown to be comparable to the experiences of the operators working there obtained by interview survey. Finally, seismic design framework for building performance that focuses on human injuries during earthquakes was proposed. © 2020 Architectural Institute of Japan. All rights reserved.
