摘要
In this paper, a pulsed laser was used to clean the anodized film on the surface of TC2 titanium alloy. The effects of scanning speed of the galvanometer on the surface morphology, component content changes, roughness and microhardness of TC2 titanium alloy after cleaning were analyzed. The research results indicate that when the scanning speed of the galvanometer is 2500 mm/s, the removal effect of the oxide film on the surface of the specimen is better. The oxygen element content reaches the lowest value (1.57%), while the titanium and aluminum element content reaches the highest value (91.55% and 4.12% respectively). Under lower scanning speed, the surface roughness is significantly reduced. As the scanning speed of the galvanometer decreases, the surface microhardness increases.Based on theoretical models and experimental analysis, it can be concluded that as the scanning speed of the galvanometer decreases, the removal mechanism of the oxide film gradually changes from a single ablation effect to a combined effect of ablation and explosion mechanisms. © 2023 Elsevier GmbH
