摘要
A numerical model for combustion of methanol/diesel dual fuel non-premixed swirl burner in confined space was established and combustion experiments were carried out. The effects of the ratio of methanol and diesel, angle of wind aperture and excess air coefficient on combustion temperature, burnout rate, nonuniformity and flame length were studied by using the model. Orthogonal calculation was carried out to study the results of the combined action of the above three factors. The results show that the average temperature decreases with the increase of the ratio of methanol and diesel, and decreases with the increase of the excess air coefficient. The burnout rate is the highest when the ratio of methanol and diesel is 3, and it decreases with the increase of the angle of wind aperture. The nonuniformity of temperature field is reduced when the ratio of methanol and diesel increases and the angle of wind aperture decreases. The flame length increases with the increase of the angle of wind aperture and decreases with the increase of the air excess coefficient. The ratio of methanol and diesel has the greatest influence on average temperature, overall inhomogeneity, mixed burnout rate and flame length. When the ratio of methanol and diesel is 1, the excess coefficient of air is 1.2 and the angle of wind aperture is 29°, the highest average temperature is 1 557 K. When the ratio of methanol and diesel is 9, the excess air coefficient is 1.1 and the angle of wind aperture is 35°, the overall inhomogeneity is at least 7.21%. When the ratio of methanol and diesel is 5 and the excess air coefficient is 1.3, the burnout rate is the highest. © 2022, Central South University Press. All right reserved.
