摘要：
Digitization offers an excellent opportunity to replace the existing function-oriented organizational structures with a division of labor by a digital business model with end-to-end processes that are optimally tailored to the customer, instead of digitizing sub-optimal business processes. A holistic business model transformation design approach is required for this. The MITO business model specifies the necessary structures based on the control loop. © Carl Hanser Verlag, München.
