摘要
Supervision and control system of smart substation is usually configured by bays, which will lead to problems such as numerous facilities and a lack of alternative devices. To solve these problems, a novel architecture of supervision and control system for smart substation is proposed. This architecture enhances the degree of functional integration of station level. Because of allowing SV and GOOSE transferred within the same communication network, the communication network in smart substation is also optimized. The bay level adopts clustered measurement-control devices, which can integrate the measurement and control tasks into several physical devices. The bay level of proposed supervision and control system architecture can achieve hot standby at device level through the dynamic migration technology. In the meantime, visualization maintenance software has also been developed, which increase the efficiency of the reconstruction and expansion on smart substations. The crucial technology and implementation scheme of supervision and control system are elaborated. Through the trial operation of a new-built smart substation, this paper analyzes and predicts the application prospects of the novel supervision and control system. © 2019, Power System Protection and Control Press.
