摘要
Increasing penetration of distributed generation (DG) such as photovoltaic and wind power into distribution network (DN) raises a increasingly severe challenge for their full accommodation and efficient utilization. In this context, the issue of DG hosting capacity in DN attracts more and more attention. And it becomes one of the academic hotspots to study scientific evaluation methods and improvement techniques of DG hosting capacity. Multiple restriction factors of DG hosting capacity in DN are firstly analyzed in this paper, and the multidimensional conceptual model and basic mathematical model of DG hosting capacity are respectively presented. Then, three hosting capacity evaluation methods including analytical method, intelligent optimization and stochastic scenario simulation are reviewed from both deterministic and uncertainty analyses, and the DN flexibility based analysis method is also discussed. On this basis, various improvement techniques of DG hosting capacity including on-load tap changer adjustment, reactive power compensation and inverter power factor control are summarized. Finally, future research directions are prospected based on the shortcomings of existing studies. The purpose is to provide reference for full accommodation and efficient utilization of DG, and scientific basis for planning and operation of DN with high DG penetration. © 2019, Power System Technology Press.
