摘要
With the fast-paced development of aerospace, medicine, automobile and electronic industry, the demand of precision equipment and microstructure increases steeply. The common difficult to cut feature of micro holes (d≤1mm) in microstructure is the key to promote the development of related fields. Therefore, the micro holes manufacturing had always been a hotspot and challenge in the machining industry. Many researchers have conducted relevant research from multiple perspectives and generated fruitful research results. As micro holes drilling technology and tool performance is still the core of micro holes manufacturing at this stage,, this paper summarizes the important technical progress in the field of micro drilling tool manufacturing in recent years. This article focus on the selection of micro drilling tool materials, geometric angle design of micro drilling tools, manufacturing process methods of micro drilling tools, etc. This paper also summarizes the processing parameters of microporous drilling under different materials and working conditions, which can be used as the basis for the selection of processing parameters. © 2023 Editorial Office of Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
