PASSENGERS travelling through security at Heathrow Airport may soon be able to keep their liquids and laptops in their cabin bags thanks to the rollout of new 3D-scanning technology that can produce more detailed images than today’s equipment. The computed tomography (CT) security equipment will be rolled out across all the airport’s terminals over the next few years.
