A binary mixture solar salt was used as a working fluid to experimentally study the heat transfer characteristics of molten salt and vapor-liquid two-phase flow in a shell-tube heat exchanger. The impact of solar salt mass flow rate,solar salt inlet temperature,water pressure,water mass flow rate and water dryness on the heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger is analyzed. Among them,the molten salt inlet temperature and water dryness have a great impact on the heat transfer characteristics. © 2023 Science Press. All rights reserved.
