摘要
The management of global production networks is exposed to special challenges due to global turbulences caused by economic, political and technological influences and requires dealing with a high degree of complexity. Due to the current business environment, a systematic transformation of global production networks is necessary. This article shows trends and concrete tools that support production managers in transforming their networks. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co. KG
