摘要
The warranty claims variation of products is the key point of warranty management. Aiming at the problem that the influence of investigation cost, false alarms cost and the cost of correction cost and warranty cost on investigation was not considered, the investigation decision model of warranty claims variation in the context of two-dimensional warranty policy was established by considering the above factors. Based on the modeling of the number of product claims, the failure rate function was modified with Bayesian theory. According to the warranty data obtained during each survey month, the warranty claims variation investigation decision rules were established by minimizing the manufacturer's total expected cost. The proposed method was illustrated and validated by a numerical study, and the influence of parameter changes on the investigation decision rules was analyzed. © 2020, Editorial Department of CIMS.
