摘要
Aiming at the problems of multiple working modes of hybrid truck and multiple coupling factors of fuel consumption analysis, a theoretical fuel consumption calculation model and a comprehensive theoretical fuel consumption incremental calculation model is established based on energy calculation from the perspective of system energy flow in this paper. The rationality of the theoretical calculation model established in this paper is verified through comparative analysis of simulation and theoretical calculation results of different cases. The comparative analysis results show that the error of the theoretical calculation model proposed in this article is within 4%. In addition, based on the energy calculation model, the theoretical fuel-saving amount and fuel-saving rate formulas of various fuel consumption influencing factors of hybrid truck are derived, and the various fuel consumption influencing factors are respectively analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. In particular, the changes in the fuel-saving ability of hybrid truck after changes in rolling resistance coefficient, motor efficiency, mechanical efficiency, and engine average fuel consumption rate are specifically calculated. The theoretical calculation model established in this paper simplifies the complex problems of hybrid system energy analysis, and can be used as a reference for the preliminary matching design and economic analysis of hybrid truck. © 2021 Journal of Mechanical Engineering.
