摘要：

NMSC is growing in incidence at epidemic proportions. High-risk features of NMSC are being investigated to delineate specific prognostic impact. Systemic treatment options for all NMSCs are expanded with the advent of ICIs. Areas of future study include the role of SLNB for cSCC, the potential use of PD-1 inhibitors in immunosuppressed populations with cSCC, and treatment strategies for patients refractory to ICIs and HHIs.
