摘要：

With the help of the new, practice- oriented guidelines, in most cases a valid statement about the diastolic function of the left ventricle and the LV filling pressures can be made. However, it is important to point out the importance of the clinical judgment and making an integrative therapy decision that goes beyond echocardiography.
