摘要
In order to better understand smart home users' preference for control methods, this study focused on user interaction with multiple smart home devices in daily home use scenarios. This study designed a within-subject experiment with control method as the independent variable and perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude, intention to use, and satisfaction as dependent variables. The results showed that the centralized control method had a higher positive effect on users' perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, intention to use, and attitude compared to the decentralized control method, but users were more satisfied with the decentralized control method. These findings provide implications for smart home design in terms of control methods.
