摘要
The filling insertion rate is one of the major factors for efficient weaving, which is the production target of loom. In this paper, based on the analysis of texture characteristic of derivation basket-weave fabric, the new method and crafts were discussed to develop the filling insertion rate of air-jet loom. It shows that the derivation basket-weave fabric can be produced by the plain opening framework through technique of hank-yarn filling insertion, if the loom has the frameworks of multi-color wefts, electronic let-off electronic take-up and pick density switching. The derivation basket-weave fabric can be weaved when different picks were inserted at different opening, the different length of warps were let-off and different length of fabric were taken-up from the jell accordingly. The practice proved that the derivation basket-weave fabric can be produced efficiently at air-jet loom by the technology of hank-yarn filling insertion.
