摘要
To address the issues of insufficient system reserve and excessive pressure on cross-regional electricity mutual assistance caused by blockages in inter-regional interconnection channels during the current electricity spot market clearing, this paper proposes a clearing model for the electricity spot market that considers partition reserve equilibrium. This model can improve the efficiency of the system reserve, achieve a balance of electricity exchange between regions, and reduce the pressure of electricity exchange between regions. The correctness and feasibility of the partition reserve equilibrium model were verified through simulation using the IEEE39 standard case study. A concise and effective engineering method is provided to solve the problem of imbalanced reserve in different zones, providing more room for power dispatch personnel to deal with sudden situations of insufficient reserve, and achieving the unity of economic and security of reserve capacity in the power system.
