摘要
Psychological science is a field with tremendous reach and impact, yet both students and those outside of the academy often are largely unaware of its relevance in the world around us. In this article, I share a bit about my career journey so far, and my philosophy of learning, to highlight how they have impacted my goal to equip and empower students to study and apply psychology in a wide variety of careers and pathways. This article is not intended to be prescriptive with practices but instead provides some ways of supporting students pursuing psychological science that may be helpful for instructors. I share open resources with the intention of facilitating starting points for those who find them helpful and hope to encourage you to share your own practices so that we can work collaboratively in developing robust resources for instructors and students to draw from.
