摘要
Three kinds of "cauliflower" TiO2 2 gas-sensitive materials with different morphologies were prepared by hydrothermal method at different temperatures. The gas sensitisation performance is improved by adjusting the material morphology to increase the contact area and velocity with the target gas. Morphological and structural analysis indicated that the prepared materials were cauliflower-like structures composed of 150-200 nm*2.5-4 mu m rods, with a large number of cracks and countless uneven curved surfaces on the surface of the "cauliflower". The gas-sensitive materials were tested for optimum operating temperature, response/recovery time, response value and selectivity. The results show that the sample prepared at 140 degrees C has highly sensitive to methanol, with a relatively low optimum operating temperature (280 degrees C), a high response value (74.49) and an extremely fast response/recovery time (19/10 s). In addition, the gas-sensitive material has the advantages of high reproducibility, long service life and stable sensitivity.
