摘要
Air cleanliness level in operating room is crucial for safety of patient. Medical staffs usually enter or leave operating room under operational condition. However, the combined effect of traffic flow and temperature difference on airflow characteristic and particle dispersion through the door interface has not been fully investigated. Therefore, numerical simulation was carried out to investigate the influence of traffic flow and temperature difference. It is found that the disturbance caused by occupant's movement through the door interface is larger than that of the temperature difference. The larger the walking speed is, the more the infiltrated air and the intruded particles are. On average, the particle intrusion ratio with walking speed 0.60 m/s is less than that with walking speed 0.80 m/s and 1.00 m/s by 30% and 42%, respectively. It is recommended to slow down the walking speed when people enter into or leave the operating room. When people enter into the operating room, the particle intrusion ratio can be reduced with the increase of the temperature difference. It is suggested that the temperature in operating room should be larger appropriately than that of the anteroom. This study provides a reference for optimal operation of operating room.
