摘要
Product-Service System (PSS) is a concept that combines products and services that aim to satisfy specific customer needs. This is an approach that helps build a competitive advantage for enterprises and supports sustainable development. In the area of PSS design and industrial practice, there are no examples of the application of this concept in the foundry sector. This paper aims to create a conceptual PSS model for the foundry sector. This example was developed based on workshops conducted in a company specializing in the production of fittings. By developing a conceptual PSS model that is based on the actual problems, needs and service expectations of the enterprise, we intend to draw attention to many important issues. The developed PSS model provides foundries with tools in the form of services that are aimed at solving production problems, increasing production efficiency, minimizing the negative impact of printing activities on the environment and extending the life cycle of the machine.
