摘要
To study the nonlinear vibration characteristics of face gears in a complete gear transmission system, a nonlinear dynamic model of double input face gear split-parallel transmission system was established based on various nonlinear factors such as time-varying mesh stiffness, bearing support, tooth surface friction, etc. The vibration differential equations of each system were established according to Newton's second law, and the Runge-Kutta integration method was used to solve the differential dynamics of the system. In addition, based on the cell mapping theory, the coexisting responses hidden within the response were revealed, and the evolution characteristics of the attraction domain and the distribution of attractors were analyzed. Research has shown that under changes in excitation frequency, the system will exhibit complex response states, and the intensity of vibration in the transmission system increases with increasing speed; Properly reducing the speed is beneficial for reducing and increasing the stability of the system. The research content has improved the dynamic characteristic analysis method of the face gear transmission system, providing a theoretical basis for the multi steady-state response tracking (including hidden response) and parameter optimization design of double input face gear split-parallel transmission system. This provides a reference for studying the structural design, dynamic analysis, and vibration control of helicopter main reducers.
