摘要
This study investigates model order reduction for a cage induction motor with stator and rotor failures based on a multiport Cauer ladder network (CLN) method. First, three CLN methods are proposed, in which extracting dominant space harmonics in an air-gap nux density waveform and deriving circuit parameters in the CLN are performed differently. Then, the usefulness of the proposed methods is discussed in terms of calculation accuracy and calculation cost by comparing numerical results obtained by the CLN methods and a finite-element method.
