摘要
This paper proposes a new magnetic planetary gear (MPG) permanent magnet (PM) machine (MPGPM) with double blades for marine current energy power generation. The proposed MPGPM combines the outer rotor PM machine and MPG to improve the torque density of the machine. This paper investigates the relationship between the gear ratio, the number of planetary gears, and the PM thickness with the performance of MPGPM. The corresponding torque transmission performance are effectively evaluated using the finite-element method.
