摘要：
Quviviq (R) is a new drug for treating insomnia. Its active ingredient, daridorexant, is an orexin receptor antagonist, acting on both orexin-1 and 2 receptors. This first dual orexin receptor antagonist is a molecule with an innovative mechanism of action designed to inhibit arousal systems.
