摘要
Prescribing physical activity as secondary prevention must be systematic. Ideally, this should begin with the prescription of a cardiac rehabilitation program, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the various objectives of this prevention. The 2 main objectives are reaching and exceeding the targets set by WHO guidelines, as well as combating prolonged periods of sedentary by recommending that they be interrupted by short periods of standing or walking. This is part of an overall project aiming to control cardiovascular risk factors, promote a Mediterranean diet, and support medication compliance.
