摘要
Logistics is a set of systems and subsystems that are interrelated as a whole. It develops activities to plan, implement and control the flow of informational and financial material in the business, industrial and service system from the supply to the consumer, adding value to it. In this context, the degree of development of the logistics of a country favors the successful performance of its different economic sectors, since it articulates the processes for the productive chains. Inadequate management of logistics processes in service companies in the tourism sector; It can affect their efficiency and effectiveness and, consequently, the results of this activity. In relation to the above, it is proposed as the objective of this research; determine the main problems of the logistics process in Emprestur Pinar del R & iacute;o, Cuba; which constitute a barrier to decision-making in the company and consequently affect t he development of the strategic tourism sector. As fundamental results, it is possible to order, according to the level ofimportance, the deficiencies detected and a classification of the main problemsdetected is proposed, which makes it possible to demonstrate the importance of maintaining adequate management in the processes of logistics activities.
