In recent years, near-infrared spectroscopy has been widely used in many fields, and Hadamard transform optics is also widely used in the field of detection of weak signals, etc. Therefore, it is proposed to carry out the embedded development of microcontroller to realize the recovery of near-infrared spectroscopy using Hadamard matrix. The principle of obtaining spectra by Hadamard transform is introduced, and after writing the code for constructing the Hadamard matrix in the microcontroller module, the initial spectra obtained are recovered using the Hadamard matrix by constructing the Hadamard matrix into the corresponding template and by obtaining the inverse matrix of the Hadamard matrix. After the restoration of the experimentally acquired spectral images, it can be found that the spectral images obtained by using the Hadamard matrix restoration in the microcontroller have a better repeatability and a better stability compared to the spectral images obtained by the software.
