摘要
This paper proposes a resilient operational scheduling model for Multi-Carrier Energy Systems (MCESs) that operate in various time horizons and energy markets. This model considers electrical, cooling, and heating energy markets as well as multiple distributed energy resources. The proposed model optimizes the MCES's operation by minimizing operation costs in the day-ahead market (DAM), reducing the deviation between the day-ahead and real-time (RTM) markets, and minimizing interruption costs and mismatches in operation costs in RTM. The model also includes preventive actions for external shocks and corrective actions to manage the outage zones effectively. When evaluated on a modified 123-bus MCES, the proposed model demonstrated a 20% decrease in expected costs in comparison to the base case. This study contributes to the field of energy markets by proposing a three-stage optimization model as well as using preventive and corrective actions to optimize the operation of MCESs.
