摘要
figure legend This study demonstrated that high-intensity interval exercise is a sufficient dose of exercise to significantly increase IL-15, IL-6, IL-10 and IL-1ra concentrations immediately after exercise. However, there was no significant influence of training on this response. Myokines including IL-15 and IL-6 have been previously associated with the suppression of cancer growth in pre-clinical and in vitro models. Therefore, it can be postulated that repeated bouts of high-intensity exercise may, at least in part, be a key mechanism behind the anti-oncogenic effect of exercise and 4x4 high-intensity interval exercise is sufficient stimulus to elicit this myokine response. image
