摘要
Poultry production emerges as an alternative to contemporary challenges in feeding the world population. New approaches are sought to improve the management of the poultry production process, moving away from conventional methods and adopting more ethical and environmentally friendly practices with the main purpose of moving towards a more comprehensive production system, based on alternative poultry farming. This includes understanding specific poultry management, nutrition and health practices through management that integrates the company's productive activity with producers who have possibilities in the territory. In relation to the above, the objective is declared to contribute to an improvement in the management of the poultry production process of the Pinar del R & iacute;o Poultry Company, based on alternative poultry farming. This perspective is based on the theoretical methodological foundations and a diagnosis of the company, taken as a reference for the study, this bases the proposal of a procedure to improve the management of the poultry production process, based on alternative poultry farming that highlights the importance of an incorporation of a new progressive production line to alternative poultry farming, for the company Avicola Pinare & ntilde;a. In addition, a diagnosis is developed that shows the need to establish effective monitoring systems that evaluate the well-being of the birds, the quality of the product and the efficiency of the production process, based on alternative poultry farming, this requires a careful transition, comprehensive training and precise monitoring systems.
